Ihre/Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Projekt- oder Teilprojektleiter sind Sie u.a. mitverantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Transaktionsmandaten; Sie berichten in dieser Funktion direkt an den zuständigen Director oder Managing Director.
  • Sie sind federführend bei der Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Finanzmodellen und Unternehmenswertanalysen, bei Markt- und Branchenanalysen bzw. deren Auswertung. 
  • Als Teil der Business Development-Mannschaft tragen Sie zum IEG-Erfolg – z.B. durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Auslandsbüros und die persönliche Unterstützung unserer Managing Director bei der Neukundenakquise.
  • Im Rahmen von In-House-Schulungen und der täglichen Projektarbeit teilen Sie Ihr Know-How mit IEG-Nachwuchskräften.
Ihr/Dein Profil
  • Mit etwa 2-4 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Corporate Finance bei Banken und Beratungsgesell-schaften sind Sie bereits vertraut mit Projektmanagement und Mitarbeiterführung.         
  • Nach Ihrem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen finanzwirtschaftlichen Studium hatten Sie Gelegenheit, breites Know-How in M&A, Financial Advisory bzw. Strategic Consulting zu erlangen.
  • Sie sind eine belastbarem engagierte Persönlichkeit und haben Spaß an der Arbeit im Team; analytisches Denken ist nur einer Ihrer herausragenden Skills.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse und kommunizieren sehr gut in Deutsch und Englisch.

Your Tasks
  • As project or sub-project manager, you will be jointly responsible for the successful execution of transaction mandates; in this function, you will be reporting directly to the Director or Managing Director.
  • You will be in charge of the preparation and/or evaluation of convincing financing models and company value analyses, market and sector analyses.
  • As part of the business development team, you will be contributing to IEG’s success – e.g. by closely cooperating with our overseas offices and personally supporting our Managing Directors in the acquisition of new clients.
  • We expect you to share your know-how with IEG young professionals during in-house training courses and day-to-day project work.
Your Profile
  • With about 2-4 years professional experience in corporate finance at banks or consulting companies, you are already familiar with project management and staff management.    
  • Following the successful completion of your degree in the field of business finance, you have had the chance to obtain broad-based knowledge of M&As, financial advisory and/or strategy consulting services.
  • You are able to work under pressure and dedicate yourself to the task in hand. You enjoy working in a team; analytical thinking is only one of your outstanding skills.
  • You have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills and a very good command of German and English.
